KCSON with support from USAID through Catholic Relief Services (CRS) from April 2016 to December 2020 implemented aproject titled ” Sustainable Outcomes for Children & Youth’ (SOCY) in the Districts of Kibaale, Hoima, Kikuube, Kyenjojo, Ibanda, Kamwenge and Kasese. The goal of the project was to improve the health, nutrition, education, and psychosocial well-being of vulnerable populations, as well as reduce abuse, exploitation, and neglect.
KCSON under this project was in charge of category A and Result Area 3- strengthened referral and linkage system between communities and clinical based as well as other socio-economic services, and capacity enhancement of local structures to identify and link vulnerabilities to points of services.
